Lexicon CRE were retained by the owners of a development of three tenanted industrial units totalling c 28,000 sqft and leased at a total rent of £136,000 pa. The sale concluded at a price in excess of the quoted £1.7m reflecting a yield in the order of 7%. The property proved attractive to a range of investors attracted by the strong geographical location and the flexibility of the premises which benefit from eaves heights of 7.7m and cranage.
