The properties comprise two modern industrial units constructed in 1999 totalling 38,000sqft in an established well occupied industrial location. The buildings are let to logistics provider Woodland Group and children’s soft play operator Fun Shack. The investment promises to show solid growth with the current rent at relatively low levels set against a background of dwindling supply of vacant industrial property. The investment is providing a net initial yield in excess of 10%.
