Lexicon has concluded the sale of 4 New York Way, New York Industrial Park, North Tyneside for £512,000 equating to a net initial yield of 8.3%. The property was sold following the renegotiation of a new lease by Lexicon Commercial with the incumbent tenant CMR.  The industrial market is showing excellent signs of recovery and we expect rents and capital values to increase in the short to medium term.
